Call or email, complete an initial intake with a registered nurse to obtain pertinent information, then you will receive a digital contract and invoice. Once that is complete, scheduling occurs and our coordinator will call you to confirm times.
ACH, credit cards, wire transfers, HSA and FSA
Unfortunately we do not take insurance, but will gladly accept HSA or FSA funds, and can work with long term care policy holders for coverage.
We ask that you provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel a scheduled shift. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice will be billed in full. If a caregiver or nurse is released early, the full shift will still be charged. For uncertain start times (such as hospital discharges), billing begins at the requested arrival time, even if there are delays.
